Our low voltage instrument current transformers are designed for use in low voltage distribution systems with rated currents up to 3000 A. The transformers meet the requirements of ČSN, IEC and other international standards. They are of course approved by the Czech Metrology Institute as measuring instruments.

MT - mĕřicí transformátory, spol. s r.o. was founded in the first half of 1992. During the first period of the company's existence, a series of low-voltage instrumental current transformers with the type designation CLA was developed in-house, followed by the CLB type. The entire type series was subsequently approved by the Czech Metrology Institute after a series of demanding tests. However, the start of series production can only be spoken of from the spring months of 1993, and the increase in production was initially very steep. In 1993, our company produced a total of about 11 thousand units, in the following year 1994 it was already about 17 thousand units, in 1995 20 thousand units, in 1996 about 22 thousand units and the sales of transformers continue to have an upward tendency. In the following years the company became the dominant manufacturer of low-voltage current measuring transformers on the Czech market.
